JEFFERSON COUNTY — A 53-year-old Bluford man was arrested early Monday morning by Jefferson County Sheriff’s deputies, on multiple weapons charges..

Deputies responded to a Bluford address shortly after midnight Monday, on a report of a subject threatening family members with a firearm and shooting a weapon at a residence.

After an investigation, Brian Ramsey was taken into custody and transported to the Jefferson County Jail for alleged unlawful use of weapons, reckless discharge of a firearm, and domestic battery.

Ramsey remains in jail awaiting the formal filing of charges and the setting of bail.
