truck until he agreed to drive her to the Huck’s Convenience Store on Calumet Street.

The man then contacted CPD to alert them that Brittany Bunton had dropped something in his truck that appeared to be drugs.

When officers later located Bunton, they reported she was behaving irrationally and acting strangely, so they arrested her for disorderly conduct.

They say she then resisted officers and when they arrived at the Marion County Jail she had to be pulled inside because she sat down and refused to walk inside.

She was formally charged Monday in Marion County Court with Class 4 felony resisting a peace officer. Her bail was set at $10,000, with special conditions of release to abstain from drugs and alcohol with random testing.
