The Hospital in January was granted the temporary order, which prohibited Dr. Guatam Jha from taking appointments with patients.

The hospital claimed at that time that immediate, irreparable injury, loss and damage would result to Salem Township Hospital without the injunction.

But this morning, the injunction was removed, and Jha can return to practicing medicine in Salem.
In a Facebook post, Jha called the ruling a victory for the people, as it has been his position, that people having choices and having more Doctors is always good.

Jha also announced he will be having another doctor joining his practice in two months and says their goal will be to provide maximum services and convenience for patients.
